What truly makes a person strong is the journey they’ve taken to get to where they are and knowing they have to keep putting one foot in front of the other to keep moving. It’s the challenges not the easy times, the hard decisions not the comfortable ones that make a person strong. It’s the days where you didn’t want to get up in the morning but you did it anyway that show grit. True strength is built on sweat, tears and never giving up. It’s built on the confidence that when you feel tired and broken down you can build yourself back up, heal and become something more than you were yesterday. Training is a lifestyle not a solution. The solution is gaining confidence through the fitness journey. As a trainer, I want to help you build that confidence and keep laying foundation for your journey; I want you to feel good naked, build strength and stability and be a part of your pre and postnatal adventure. I want to provide an experience that is both fun and challenging so you can enjoy getting to your results, not just focus on getting there. Then once they reach their results, it’s time to make new goals. Results don’t stop, they don’t end. You achieve and then make new goals. Enjoy the journey and the evolution of yourself and your body.
